ORDERS:
Immediate and daily delivery made to order according to the available stocks. For any unavailable stocks, we propose a delivery deadline.
The buyer accepts the entire sale general conditions stated about the order that is firm and fixed.
DISPATCH:
The products are transported at the own risks of the purchaser who possesses the means against the transportation in case of damages during the transport. We only deliver according to our means. Any claim has to be made within five days after delivery by letter, telephone, e-mail, fax etc. Any product return is bound to our firm authorization: it will be obligatorily accepted on postage paid. No postage due will be accepted.
Our prices are inclusive of all tax for Malian customers and are duty-free for foreign customers.
PAYMENT:
Made to order by bank transfer, by bank or postal check, by postal order, by credit card.
For customers who get an account with MEDI-DIET, the payment conditions can be negotiated.
DEADLINE:
Our deadlines are stated for information only. Possible delivery delays will be considered as neither damages penalty nor compensation unless stipulated in the sale contract.
OWNERSHIP:
The Law no 80-335 dated May 1980 states that the products are the possession of the seller until the total payment of the agreed price; even in case of liquidation, legal regulation and transfer of responsibility.
JURISDICTION:
Any jurisdiction attributions for any claims or dispute are stated by the Commercial Court of Bamako (Mal).
